What are the things to consider when I want to return or have my purchased item replaced?
- A request for return is possible. Note, however that request for returns are only limited to:
- An item which was found to have a manufacturing defect upon receipt;
- And an Item which was found to be a wrong item versus the one ordered.
- Request for return on items that were purchased more than 7 days upon receipt are not honoured.
- ONLY items that are unused, in sellable condition, and in original packaging are eligible for return.
- Used, damaged, or dirty merchandise are not accepted.

- Reason for return
